• App usage data (puzzles played, scores, session duration, feature interactions)

c) Game Data Stored Locally

Your streak, daily scores, and personal stats are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers.

• Generate daily puzzle clues via the Anthropic API
• Serve advertisements through our advertising partners
• Analyse usage patterns to improve user experience

3. Third-Party Services

The App integrates the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

Anthropic API

We use Anthropic's API to generate puzzle clues. Puzzle prompts (location names and clue generation instructions) are sent to Anthropic's servers to produce clue text. Advertising Networks

The App displays advertisements. Our advertising partners may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads. If you are located in a region subject to GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws, you will be presented with a consent prompt before any targeted advertising data is collected.

You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time via:

• iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking (disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track")
• Your device's advertising settings

Analytics

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the Effective Date at the top of this policy. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
